How do you identify the previous and next page paths in Google Analytics? Matthew Edgar provides a quick overview of the previous and next page reports in Google Analytics.
In this video, we're going to review the previous and next page reports available in Google Analytics. In Google Analytics, start by loading the All Pages report. Once you've loaded the All Pages report, click on whatever URL you're interested in learning more about. This will take you to a detailed report about that page.
Above the graph, click on the Navigation Summary link. This report tells me where people were on my site before coming to this page, and of the people who didn't exit from this page, where they went on my website after seeing this page. This report really starts to put this particular page in a lot of context and gives you a sense of what people are really interested in when they reach this page.
